I am a law scholar at the University of Barcelona in Spain. My work perspective has been shaped by nearly a decade of experience in China. I dedicate my work to fostering informed engagement and balanced dialogue with China, for both academia and practitioners. My research concentrates on the intricate legal connections between China and the rest of the world, with current focuses on: a variety of aspects concerning dispute resolution involving China, legal implications of China’s foreign investment in the Global South, China’s role in the energy transition, and the legal relationship between China and the European Union. I obtained law degrees in Europe and China, as well as mastered a number of foreign languages, including Mandarin and Spanish.
